Precise calibration in the nanoscale range – with Opti-Count® reference material
Nanoparticles, with their extraordinary properties, are changing our world in many areas. The calibration and validation of measuring instruments and the comparability of measurement results for the reliable and reproducible characterization of nanomaterials are therefore becoming increasingly important. Particle number concentration, defined as the number of particles per unit volume, is a key measurement parameter in this context.
Opti-Count® – The reference material for your nanoparticle measurement
Opti-Count® is a first of its kind high-precision reference material specifically developed for determining the particle number concentration in the nanometer range. It enables the standard-compliant calibration of your devices and ensures reliable, reproducible, and comparable results.
Developed to the highest quality standards
Opti-Count® was developed in cooperation with Applied Microspheres GmbH, a leading manufacturer of particle standards. The particle number concentration was determined using a method accredited according to ISO 17025. In accordance with the requirements of ISO 17034, each batch is comprehensively tested for homogeneity, short-term and long-term stability, and statistically evaluated through interlaboratory comparison measurements.
